What is Consignment?

Consignment is a great way to expand the life cycle of second-hand clothing and accessories.  The average Canadian spends over $3,000 per year on clothing and accessories. When you consign your clothing you are helping the environment and putting a little money back into your pocket.

"Consignment involves selling one's personal goods (clothing, furniture, etc.) through a third-party vendor such as a consignment store or online thrift store. The owner of the goods pays the third-party a portion of the sale for facilitating the sale." - Wikipedia

What is Fast Fashion?

"Fast fashion is a term used to describe the clothing industry's business model of replicating recent catwalk trends and high-fashion designs, mass-producing them at a low cost, and bringing them to retail stores quickly, while demand is highest." - Wikipedia
